Bakery and Pastry Research and Development Center (FAGEM)

Founded in 1989 as Türkiye's first private Bakery and Pastry R&D Center, FAGEM provides technical support, product development, and consulting services to the bakery, pastry, and milling industries worldwide with our expert team and advanced laboratory infrastructure. With our expertise in fermentation, baking, and food ingredients, we follow global trends and produce innovative flour improvers, bread and pastry mixes, and customized solutions for our clients.
